Bright and quiet apartment in the neighborhood of Montserrat, surrounded by restaurants, two blocks far from 9 de Julio Ave. and very close to the main touristic attractions of Buenos Aires (Plaza Dorrego / San Telmo, Avenida de Mayo, Congress, Obelisk, etc.). Its is located in an old building, impeccably maintained.
The apartment features a living room with a small balcony facing the street and a 32'' LCD, a dining room, a large kitchen with dishwasher, a laundry with washing and drying machines, two bedrooms with wardrobes, a desk and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub and shower).
All rooms are air conditioned (heat and cold) and are very bright. The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone and cable TV.
Rates include housekeeping once a week on stays over 7 nights, with change of linen and towels.
