Observations
The apartment is located in the most central part of the city, the kilometer 0 of Madrid, excellent transport links, close to all museums and surrounded by good restaurants and bars of “tapas”. This apartment is an ideal choice to enjoy a pleasant stay in the Spanish capital.
It has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, allowing the stay of 4 guests. Fully equipped, with quality details, parquet wood floor, very nice and comfortable furniture, all in a very cozy atmosphere.
The apartment has a security door and a shield, the dining area with table and four chairs is next to the kitchen, separated by a sliding glass door.
The double bedroom with a good quality mattress is quiet and has ample wardrobes. Next to the bedroom there is the bathroom well equipped and with a spacious shower.
The living room has a sofa bed, two armchairs and a reading chair by the windows. From the living room you can access to two small balconies overlooking the main street, and with view to Plaza Mayor and Palacio Real. The door windows of the balconies have a thermo-acoustic insulation system which makes the living room a very quiet and sunny place.
Rates do not include the cleaning service during the stay and a US$ 50 fee must be added to all rates concerning the cleaning service in the check-out.
