The living room, the master bedroom and the second bedroom lead onto a large balcony deck overlooking the street, making the apartment very bright.
The property is heated by an individual gas boiler and has also an air conditioner hot/cold in each room. There are spacious wardrobes in all bedrooms and two safe boxes in the apartment.
