The property is totally quiet as it has no view to the street, and very luminous.
It has two powerful air conditioners in the living room and in the master bedroom, heaters in all rooms, a 32’ LCD set in the living room with encoder channels (international signals) and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Rates include housekeeping once a week on stays over 7 nights, with change of linen and towels.
No kids under 8 years old are allowded.
