Extremely bright, silent and spacious one bedroom duplex located in the heart of Recoleta, just 5 blocks (500m) far from the Subway station (line D) with open view to the city from all its windows.
It features an inviting dining and living room area with a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs, a table with 4 chairs, a 32'' LCD set and an air conditioner. There is also a large, built in fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, a stove with oven, and a washing/drying machine.
When we enter the apartment, there is also a convenient desk area, an ideal cozy corner to study, read or work.
In the upper floor there is the bedroom with an air conditioner, a 21'' TV set and a big closet, and a bathroom with tub and shower.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet access, cable TV and telephone.
Rates include housekeeping once a week on stays over 7 nights, with change of linen and towels.
