The apartment features a living room with a comfortable bed sofa, a bedroom overlooking the front of the building against a bathroom with tub and shower and a kitchen. All rooms have natural light and, as it does not face the street, it is extremely quiet.
There are large closets in the bedroom and in the hallway.
