The living room has a LCD TV 50", Home Theater and big windows with electrical blackout and translucent drapes. From the living room one can access to the roof deck of 35m ² with a double Jacuzzi and an impressive panoramic sight.
The second level features the other bedroom with its private bathroom with a whirpool bathtube. This bedroom has a glass desk and a large dressing room.
The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone and cable TV.
The modern building has 24 hour security, swimming pool, solarium, laundry, multipurpose room, sauna, gym, Jacuzzi and private garage (optional).
The fare includes maid service once a week with change of linen and towels.
